Cancellation Policy
Orders are confirmed for printing 2 hours after placement to ensure fast fulfillment.

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placing them.

After 2 hours, orders are locked for processing and cannot be canceled or changed.
Return & Exchanges Policy
Please read carefully before purchasing.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn or unused

In original condition with tags and packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Important: All engraved, personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
Return Process

We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fee

We cover shipping if the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

Otherwise, a return shipping fee applies.
Damaged or Defective Items
Items are considered defective if they:

Differ significantly from the description

Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns, except defective items.
Final Sale Items
Final sale items (sale, clearance, or discounted) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.

Exchanges
To exchange an item:

Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact your local carrier for investigation.

If you reject delivery or fail to pay customs fees, no refund will be issued.
Refund Timeline

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of refund approval.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
