Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Orders are confirmed for printing 2 hours after placement to ensure fast fulfillment.

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placing them.

  • After 2 hours, orders are locked for processing and cannot be canceled or changed.


Return & Exchanges Policy

Please read carefully before purchasing.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn or unused

  • In original condition with tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important: All engraved, personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

Return Process

  1. Contact contact@nesteek.co to initiate a return.

  2. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fee

  • We cover shipping if the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

  • Otherwise, a return shipping fee applies.

Damaged or Defective Items

Items are considered defective if they:

  • Have manufacturing flaws

  • Are damaged during shipping

  • Differ significantly from the description

What to do: Contact contact@nesteek.co immediately with photos. We will provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns, except defective items.

Final Sale Items

Final sale items (sale, clearance, or discounted) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Gift cards (non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash)

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  • Return the original item (if eligible)

  • Place a new order for the desired item


Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

  • If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact your local carrier for investigation.

  • If you reject delivery or fail to pay customs fees, no refund will be issued.


Refund Timeline

  • Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of refund approval.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Banks may take additional time to process the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact contact@nesteek.co


Notices

  • We are not responsible for items misplaced or stolen after delivery (e.g., from your mailbox).

  • Shipping costs for replacement items due to customer error or loss are the customer’s responsibility.
